The Maine is a boutique restaurant group based in Dubai. We were engaged to undertake a market entry strategy for London, leading a property search, feasibility study, consumer research program, menu and pricing review, and interior design tender.

 

The Maine opened a 300-cover multi-storey restaurant, bar and cabaret on London’s iconic Hanover Square in December 2021.
